I had an excellent experience with Caleb and Green Frontier Electric (GFE) who replaced my Federal Pacific Electrical (FPE) panel on a tight schedule. They were quick to pull the permit and schedule the shutoff with CORE but CORE cancelled the first appointment the day after a severe hail storm, due to the storm.
